Minguliq ᒥᖑᓕᖅ
'Fine, wet snow that's being blown around. It differs from nataruviq because it is airborne, not touching the ground. It is also not as wet as masaq, which is heavy, wet snow (falling or on the ground). When minguliq lands on the window it'll stick, then turn to water and slide down. It eventually gets your clothes wet, especially where you're sitting. Happens throughout the winter and right through spring, depending on what the weather is like.'
