'A crack from the floe edge to somewhere, formed from cold or currents, a dangerous condition when the wind is behind you because the ice could break off and you could become strended, you would have to detour around this kind of crack especially if it is windy' (Sanikiluaq Siku Terminology Workshop, 2018)
