Using the chevrons arrows ( ) at the right edge of each panel header, you can collapse or expand the panel to view its fields.
The Defaults panel is expanded, with Stewardship Settings panel collapsed. 
By clicking the arrow , the Stewardship Settings panel is expanded while the Default tags panel is automatically collapsed.
Only one panel can be open at a time. Opening a different panel will automatically close the currently open panel.
