White-stemmed pondweed

White-stemmed pondweed, also known as long-stalked pondweed, is a large, perennial aquatic plant in the family Potamogetonaceae. It is widely distributed in lakes and rivers in the northern hemisphere, but is sensitive to poor water quality.
